Our conveyancing team is led by our Director and founder Mr Leong Why Kong. He graduated from the University of London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Gray’s Inn. In 1996, he was admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Mr Leong has been involved in a wide variety of matters ranging from general litigation, both criminal and civil, real estate disputes, consumer credit, hiring and leasing disputes, contractual, matrimonial proceedings and trust.
He acts for a diverse clientele in real estate, trust and estate matters. He represents retail purchasers, SMEs, most major banks and CPF Board in all aspects of real estate transactions including tenancy.
He also advises on corporate and commercial matters (including incorporations), drafting and review of various forms of commercial agreements (eg franchise, distribution, investors, shareholders, keymen), employment, contractual and M&A matters.
Mr Leong is also actively involved in general litigation and advises financial leasing companies, SMEs and individuals on various claims such as hire purchase, leasing, tenancies, contracts, property and injury damages.
