She advises clients on sale and purchase of properties, handling complex trust property purchases, part-purchase transactions, mortgage loan services, transfers pursuant to an order of court and transfer of inherited property to the rightful beneficiaries.

Apart from real estate matters, Berlin also advises on divorces, probate and estate planning matters.
